Do any of you have a link to some comparisons of dynos of headers on a Supercharged car???? So far I have found nothing
Currently I have a DC Sports 4-2-1 two piece header and I'm wanting to buy the Kamikaze header. I'm trying to find a little more info on some comparisons first before I buy.
Thanks
Tim

On my JRSC'd GS-R I've had 3 different headers: stock, DC 4-1, and currently, the Kamikaze. Stock headers seemed to give me the best low end power, but if you look at my dyno charts, the Kamikaze clearly gave me large peak horsepower and torque gains - very linear. http://www.picturetrail.com/gallery/...0724&members=1
I've installed numerous headers on Integras over the years and the Kamis were some of the easiest. The fitment seemed to be right on. It took a soft rubber mallet to get the conical collector gasket to go on, but that's no big deal. I especially like the "blued" look the Kami headers develop over time. Go for the Kami. They're cheap as hell too.

I've seen it all flake off over the years - nickel plating as well as ceramic coatings. A lot depends on how the finishes are deposited on the part. Make your choice purely from a cosmetic standpoint. I gaurantee you that no one has ever or will ever attempt to measure performance differences between the coatings that come with these headers.

is the ceramic better then the nickel? Because ceramic is more expensive then the nickel plated one... I've never seen any other header made out of nickel??

The Nickel plating will flake off over time and the header will rust. This won't affect the performance and as the metal's pretty heavy gauge it will take YEARS to rust through.
The ceramic coating acts as insulation, keeping more of the heat in the exhaust and out of the engine bay.
